Tuesday we made our way down to the groupY event at Detroit Bar. This event included people from Vans, Vestal Watch and Fuel TV discussing the integration of music and brands. It was a good discussion, maybe not 100% on board with our ideas but still a good time. We had the chance to meet up with Derek Boucher from Vestal Watch and Vestal Radio. We worked with Derek many years ago on the first few Vestal sites, that was some fun stuff and we are looking forward to the opportunity to work with them again.
Ok, now a bone to pick. If you show up for an event that envolves a discussion, don’t make your way in front of people to only gossip with your BFF about how cute your dog is cause it will fit in your purse. For those of you that don’t know, Detroit Bar (or Club Mesa as many of us remember it) is not exactly a big place, and a little noise goes along way especially when you are trying to listen to a group of people talk. Yes, I know, I am getting old. Deal with it. – B
While it might be close to a hundred degrees in the LBC today, its apparently a freezing fall day in the southern hemisphere. Nando rocking the 530medialab x Hall of Fame New Era at what appears to be a bus terminal somewhere in Argentina. Muy Copado!

Eat at the Long Beach Fish Grill, you will not be disappointed. 1201 Redondo Ave., Long Beach, CA 90804.
Before: Grilled, Fried, and Grilled Shrimp Tacos (I felt the need to try them all):

Last night we had the opportunity to attend the group Y Action Sports Panel at Red Bull HQ in Santa Monica. This panel featured Don Brown, Per Welinder, Todd Roberts, and a few others. Good discussion, rad location. I only wish I would have gone through with my plan to sample every Red Bull product in one mixed drink. Next time.
Impressive entrance to Red Bull HQ. I wish we could have a Masonite entry to 20ft roll in.
Mark Sperling introducing the nights guests.
David and I decided to make a drive to Hollywood to go sight seeing, or have a meeting, or maybe both.

So Saturday found us flying into SF to meet up with Robby Abaya.
We took a little drive through Portland before we flew out.
So long Portland, until next time:

I’m pretty sure this plane should not be there:

I wonder which jacket Erik will wear, my bet is on the black one:

Can’t go to SF without seeing The Hundreds store. It is amazing as it looks in pictures:

Robby can get down with the Ramen:

Ok, from here everything gets a little blurry:

I don’t even remember taking this shot:

Big thanks to Robby for showing us around SF. Super good guy, you will be hearing more about him very soon.
