Superchips is a strong brand that was doing very well through distributors and dealers, but online sales were virtually non-existent. The site design and flow made it almost impossible to purchase, resulting in an excessive number of calls to customer service.
Give the site a complete UX overhaul, getting back to the basics and then taking the approach of creating a tool that could walk the user through the elements of a typical customer service call. Make it a sales, marketing, customer service tool that could be used by the brand both internally and externally. Integrate features like a vehicle Configurator to narrow down the brands product line based on the consumers specific vehicle specifications and provide a clear path to purchase through UX and UI.
