Nike – Winner Stays

Challenge

Nike was looking to expand the footprint of their Risk Everything street soccer tournaments in Los Angeles and New York.

Mindset

Taking the idea of giving players in the finals an instant memory of their experience, 530medialab concepted InstaSizzle reels that could be sent via MMS immediately following completion of the games. We designed & developed a responsive Nike Winner Stays portal (landing) page utilizing deep vertical scrolling to highlight the InstaSizzle clips.

During the Los Angeles and New York finals, we distributed over 60 instagram formatted videos for all of the final round participants. The videos were edited, approved and sent within twenty minutes of the final whistle of each game. They were also configured to have one click access for the players, as opposed to downloading an app or clicking link to play/share the video.

At the time of MMS distribution, videos were also uploaded to the portal, allowing follow-up access. The portal provided sorting by team, and additional sharing opportunities via download, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Vimeo.
