We’re very pleased to announce that 530medialab have just launched a newly redesigned website for our friends at respected retailer Hall of Fame. The incredibly clean, minimal design features a few nice touches, including the news ticker, which pulls the latest sports headlines into view. We also set up a nice facet to the All Products page – the hats and shirts are sorted dynamically so that the products appear hat, shirt, hat etc. From there, each product syncs with the same item in Hall of Fame’s e-commerce solution, which was also skinned to match the design of the home page.

A nice video for your Monday morning!

The Birdhouse Project by Christian Bermudez is a unique combination of street art and functionality. The birdhouses were designed to house migratory Flycatcher birds from Africa, while they stay in Norway for the summer. As such, the project needed to meet several stringent specifications, including the size of the entrance, the porosity of the building material, and so on. When a pair of Flycatchers set up a nest in one of the shoes, the project came full circle.
Check out this great video about T-shirts from the Australian magazine T-world. They’re in the midst of a huge T-shirt exhibit on Cockatoo Island, in Sydney.

This Sunday, our friends at The Hundreds are hosting an artist signing event to launch their collaborative project with accomplished artist Ron English. Going down at their Santa Monica flagship store from 1pm-2pm.

Well, it’s Monday again. Maybe you need a little motivation this morning? A little friendly encouragement, perhaps? And maybe you need an entertaining and informative online destination to visit while you wait for that dose of caffeine to kick in. We’re pleased to announce that The Rap Board has got you covered. Trademark adlibs, grunts, and other stuff from some of the biggest names in hip-hop. Hours of fun in this. Plus, it looks like the Midnight Marauders cover.

Yesterday we called in on one of our great clients, Madame Chocolat in Beverly Hills. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out! We were treated to some world class coffee and some absolutely incredible chocolate bonbons. Wish you were there…

Tomorrow evening LA’s own HVW8 gallery have a new group exhibit opening, featuring a pretty amazing lineup of talented heads. Should be good.
