Back in 2005 we were working with Aimee Terrin. One night I got a call to come up to Dog Pound Records to shoot some pictures with Aimee, and a guest artist. They would not tell me who the artist was, so you can imagine my surprise when I met George Clinton. Wow, what a night. I f you only knew what I found out that night. I can tell you the guy on the left went by the name Cocaine, but asked me not to take any pictures of him holding a pipe. >BR
Friday night we headed over to the Fantasy Factory for the Street League Skateboarding party, courtesy of Brian Atlas (and Talisha for getting us through the line). We have been talking with Brian and Rob about Street League since late last year, nice to see the complete rollout. Very impressive, congratulations you guys.
Fancy 3 wheeled Raptor thingy, and the VIP Monster area.
As much as I have begged our HR, they will NOT allow me to have any type of an air riffle in the office. Stupid rules. I am now working on getting some type of catwalk system instead.
On the left, Rob Dyrdek announcing the line-up of athletes for SLS. From the looks of the picture on the right, if you drink Monster you will turn into a Zombie. I’m just saying.
Okay, so if you have not done so already please fan the 530medialab Facebook page. We are now updating the page daily with some images of 530medialab from over the past 9 years. Today’s post is goody from 2003, so go check it out and tell a friend.
I don’t even know what to say about this, let alone how I feel about it. I guess kudo’s to Johnny Lydon for finding a corporate company to pay him to hawk butter.
